And finally, if the greens themselves are tricky, that’s more time on the clock. Well protected greens can also slow down play, particularly if they require a high chip shot or pitch shot to land on them. Rough that really is rough means more time looking for lost balls and that’s probably a major factor in time added. Narrow fairways mean more time spent in the trees and that adds to time. Blind tee shots, or approach shots mean more time scoping out the terrain and looking for balls, so that’s a factor. Course difficultyĬourses with lots of elevation will increase the round time, simply because we move slower uphill. Those and 9 hole courses aside, the shortest 18 hole courses tend to be in the 5,000 yard range. There are numerous short courses around the 1.000 yard mark, but to be fair, they are really more pitch n putt type layouts. A uniqe concept, this course has one hole in each of 18 towns spread over 850 miles. That pales into insignificance though when you get to play the Nullarbor Links in Australia. It does benefit from being 10,000 yards above sea level though which means that the ball flies 15-20% further. You may want to consider that if your normal round leaves you a little short of breath, they actually provide oxygen on one hole. Coming in at 8,473 yards, that’s going to be one long round of golf. The course at the Dragon Snow Mountain Golf Club in Lijiang, China is the longest conventional golf course in the world. It follows that the longer the course is, the longer it’s going to take you to get round. There’s always some boundaries to the available land. Golf courses naturally vary in length based on the terrain that they are laid out in. Things that affect the time taken to play a round of Golf Course Length If a group of players between them take just an extra 5 minutes per hole, that’s a 90 minute addition to the round time.Ĭurrently, golfers are allowed 5 minutes to search for a lost ball. It’s around 13 minutes per hole on average. Here’s why there can be such a variation. I’ve had rounds that have taken anywhere from 3 hours to 6 hours.

However last week was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. Have previously dined here and found it to be a pleasant experience. It’s a charming restaurant & worth another visit. The Rueben sandwich variation is interesting, but unfortunately it was a sloppy sandwich and the fish was overwhelmed with the toppings. The other person had the Fish Rueben Sandwich (grilled haddock, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing on Marble Rye). Unfortunately the burger was charred & dry, perhaps it was cooked on an open flame? The Cole Slaw was EXCELLENT - 5 Stars!!!!! Wished for a larger side of Cole Slaw. It was ordered Well Done but NOT charred. I had the Berkshire Burger with American Cheese & a slice of tomato. Our server Rachel was pleasant & the service good. When we arrived, the greeting was warm and we were seated promptly. a popular restaurant so best to get there early. The restaurant is charming with a nautical theme & has both inside & outdoor seating. It’s located at the right end of the boardwalk by the water at Lake Sumter Landing. Moreġst visit to the Lighthouse Point Bar & Grille in The Villages, FL. After eating you can walk along the lakeside pier, enjoy the breeze or walk into nearby Market Square for shopping or starting around 5 or so, live entertainment. They look like handstitched nautical designs. Noise level can be high! An unexpected visual treat is the Villeroy and Bosch tiles in the restrooms. There's a u-shaped bar with lots of TVs to look at, but most people seem to want to talk to their friends. The restaurant is decorated in restful blues and grays. Staff are friendly, cheerful, and thoughtful. Judging by some of the entrees we saw going by, you can definitely eat well here! The banana split looked like it needed a few friends to share as does their pirate booty bloody mary (it's a meal plus a drink all in one). Our rolls were well filled with fresh lobster salad. We had the lunch basket special: a lobster roll, fries (or choice of another side), and coleslaw. Most tables have views of Lake Sumter, a manmade, but still pleasant lake. To find out if a muscle sculpting treatment can enhance your body’s contour, visit Dr. Whether it's the rock-hard abs, Adonis-like arms, or apple-bottom derriere you seek, we will work with you as a team to transform your aesthetic goals into reality. Based on the initial clinical studies by the parent company BTL, these contractions contributed to a 16% increase in muscle tone, when done over 4 sessions during two consecutive weeks. This magnetic stimulation causes 20,000 voluntary contractions of your muscle groups in a 30 minute session. In contrast to truSculpt flex, EMSCULPT utilizes electromagnetic energy to stimulate powerful, repetitive muscle contractions. Since truSculpt® flex has multiple applicators it's also possible to treat multiple patients at the same time making it an ideal treatment for couples or friends seeking simultaneous treatment. As the name implies, this device has a flexible treatment modality, enabling practitioners to treat multiple muscle groups in one session such as the abdomen and arms. The efficacy of this painless, brief truSculpt flex treatment maximizes muscle tone to provide you with the defined arms, abdomen, or buttocks you desire. A single session of this super-powered, electricity-based workout is equivalent to performing several thousand crunches, squats, lunges, or push-ups. The device’s proprietary multi-directional stimulation technology harnesses the energy of electrical currents to induce intense and rapid contractions of the muscles. TruSculpt flex is a non-invasive muscle sculpting treatment that provides clinically-proven results that are tailored to your personal aesthetic goals.
The report redacts four main segments of the report, says NPR. Bush, wrote, in his legal opinion: “These circumstances generally, and Attorney General Barr’s lack of candour specifically, call into question Attorney General Barr’s credibility.” Judge Walton, who was appointed by George W. The court ruling says that the Justice Department must hand over the full, unredacted report by 30 March, so a judge can decide which further sections can be released publicly. The fact he felt the need to go this far shows some real concern about the rot inside DOJ. MSNBC’s justice analyst Matthew Miller said the statement was “just not the type of thing you read from federal judges about the attorney general. “The inconsistencies between Attorney General Barr’s statements, made at a time when the public did not have access to the redacted version of the Mueller Report to assess the veracity of his statements, and portions of the redacted version of the Mueller Report that conflict with those statements cause the Court to seriously question whether Attorney General Barr made a calculated attempt to influence public discourse about the Mueller Report in favour of President Trump, despite certain findings in the redacted version of the Mueller report to the contrary,” says the judgment, Politico reports. The judgment says that Barr misled the public about the contents of the unredacted report, in the knowledge that this would not be checked because the public did not have access to the report. A ruling by federal judge Reggie Walton accuses the attorney general, William Barr, of misrepresenting the Mueller Report’s findings before handing it to Congress. Deacon is a much better guitarist than Chip is,” he says. But theirs has more tone and control than mine does. “So far, I’ve been able to play what they’re playing. In nearly every episode he plays with some of the finest musicians in the city Pam Tillis sang harmony and played guitar with him on one number. Maybe all the time he’s spending in Nashville is rubbing off on him - or he’s rubbing off on Nashville. He describes his character as “Rayna’s soundtrack, the guitar under her voice.” And “It’s hard to get Deacon to talk about himself, but you put him behind a guitar and he’ll tell you every secret he has.” “This is the perfect song that you write toward.”Įsten talks more like a musician than an actor, in succinct phrases that sound like song lyrics. “I built the episode around the song,” says creator Callie Khouri. “We sang over separately recorded tracks.” It was totally new on the set,” says Esten, who goes by the nickname Chip. “We had not spent a whole lot of time singing to each other. When he got the job on the show, Esten, 47, told Britton, “There are a million reasons I want to be on this show and you’re a couple hundred of them.” Singing with her was an amazing experience. It’s easy to understand why Deacon would get hung up on Rayna. It was a performance so understated yet electric that you’d swear these two were pros, conveying everything you needed to know about the longing between their characters, country music queen Rayna James and her lead guitarist, Deacon Claybourne. At their best, they take your breath away, as when Connie Britton and Charles Esten sat side by side at the Bluebird Café and sang “No One Will Ever Love You.” The songs poignantly express the entangled romances of the characters in ways no dialogue could match. (ABC)Įveryone agrees that one of the best things of the new ABC series “Nashville” is the music. Charles Esten’s chemistry with Connie Britton is felt full-force when they’re on stage. |
